Made to Order, Made for You

Please note: Because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

Each Skeg Art print is made to order. This helps us avoid overproduction and keeps our process environmentally responsible. For this reason, we’re not able to accept returns if you simply change your mind.

When We Will Accept Returns

We accept returns if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@skegart.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll confirm the next steps within 2 working days and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Your Consumer Rights

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

  • Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain protected: if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

  • If your artwork is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return costs.

  • If the return is for another eligible reason, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

  • Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless your entire order is cancelled under your statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
